I was scheduled for a csection on October 20th after having an emergency csection with Claire. Sunday morning around 4:30 I woke up with contractions. I was hoping they were just stomach cramps but they continued to come and got stronger. At 6:30 I woke Wayne up and let him know that I was having contractions. We decided to go on and call the doctor and she said for us to come on in. I quickly started calling all of my sweet friends to see if they could take care of Claire until my mom got here (my mom was planning on coming Tuesday but headed our way once we knew that Julie was coming). We dropped Claire off at our friends house and then headed to the hospital. We got there around 9:00 and we went back around 10:30 to have her!
Julie Robnett Shealy was born on October 17, 2010. She is such a blessing and I am so thankful for her. October 17 was my Grandad Robnett's birthday so that is pretty special. She has really long feet so we wonder if she will have Robnett feet.
I was anxious about several big and little things. A couple of days before Julie came I journaled about those things and handed them over to God. It is so amazing to look back at that list and see how God was so faithful. He answered both the small and big things and to Him we give all the honor and glory!
Robnett feet are great for athletics and swimming. I love that shot of her all stretched out on the scale!
